TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At Dobie Optimum Fitness, we strive to provide the best possible service and accommodate all of our clients' needs. To ensure that we can maintain our high standards and provide fair opportunity for everyone to book their preffered sessions, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for all our services.

 

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

1.1. 48-hour Notice Requirement: All appointments and individual classes require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your spot to another client and keep our schedule running smoothly. 

1.2. Cancellations Within 48 hours: If you cancel or request to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment or class, the full fee for the session will be charged (or the session will be taken off any pass/package accordingly). This policy applies to all types of bookings, including single group classes and one-on-one sessions.

1.3. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or class without prior notice, the full fee for the session will be charged (or the session will be taken off any pass/package accordingly). If you have paid the deposit amount for any bookings - remaining balance will be charged to the same card used for the deposit. 

1.4. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client, and the full fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be considered a no-show.

1.5. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you need to cancel within 48 hours due to a medical emergency or other serious situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will handle such cases on an individual basis.

1.6. Booking Changes: All booking changes, including cancellations and rescheduling, must be made via your email confirmation, contacting the studio directly via phone (text or WhatsApp) or email. Changes made through any other means, such as social media or third-party apps, may not be recognised.

 

2. Terms and Conditions for Packages, Passes and Class Courses

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of personal training packages, sports massage packages, and date-specific class courses offered by Dobie Optimum Fitness. By purchasing and using any of our packages, passes, or courses, you agree to comply with the following terms:

2.1. Non-Transferability and Non-Sharing: All packages, passes, and class courses are strictly non-transferable and cannot be shared with or transferred to another person. They are intended for the sole use of the purchaser.

2.2. Expiry Dates: Packages, passes, and class courses must be used within their specified expiry dates. The expiry dates vary depending on the type of package or pass purchased. It is the responsibility of the client to keep track of expiry dates. Sessions not used within the validity period will be forfeited without refund.

2.3. Cancellation Policy:

2.3.1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: You may cancel your package or pass within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund, provided that no sessions have been used.

2.3.2. Used Passes: If any session within a package or pass has been used, the package or pass becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.

2.3.3. Date-Specific Class Courses: These are non-refundable once booked, as your space is reserved for the entire course duration. We do not offer make-up classes or refunds for missed sessions.

4. Usage and Restrictions: Packages and passes are designed to make sessions more affordable for our clients by offering a discounted rate per session. Passes and packages are only valid for the services specified at the time of purchase and cannot be exchanged for other services or products.

5. Changes and Amendments: Dobie Optimum Fitness reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through our official communication channels. Your continued use of our services following any changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.

6. Limitation of Liability: Dobie Optimum Fitness is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of using our services. Clients are responsible for their own health and well-being during sessions.

7. Package Freezes or Extensions: Package freezes or extensions may be granted in exceptional circumstances such as medical conditions or emergencies, at the discretion of Dobie Optimum Fitness. Proof may be required, and requests must be made in writing.
